02 / What data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, and message content. We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this form.

If you consent to analytics, we also collect limited usage information such as page views, approximate location, device and browser information, referrer, scrolls, and outbound link interactions. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or contact-form content to analytics services.

03 / Why we collect it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your request, such as a project discussion, service question, or partnership request.

With your permission, analytics data is used to understand site performance, improve content, and measure which pages and profile links are useful. Analytics is not required to use this website.

04 / Legal basis and Azerbaijan law

We process personal data primarily based on your consent and for the purpose of communicating with you. Contact submissions are delivered to our email inbox. We do not publish or sell your data. Email delivery may involve service providers, such as Google for Gmail, that process data to deliver messages and keep the service running.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager are used only after you accept analytics in the privacy controls. These services may store or access identifiers and process usage data on Google infrastructure. We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up. If you want us to delete your message history, email us at jafarov.magsud@gmail.com.

Analytics retention is controlled in the Google Analytics property and may include aggregated reporting after user-level data is removed. You can prevent future collection at any time through the site’s privacy controls.
